The winners in the Real Estate Capital Europe Awards 2022 earned their accolades despite a tough set of market circumstances. Inflation, rising interest rates and economic uncertainty combined to create challenging real estate lending market conditions across Europe.
Since the Real Estate Capital Europe Awards were launched in 2014, 16 organisations have scooped five or more accolades. The awards’ Hall of Fame keeps a running total of the biggest overall winners.
The seventh annual Real Estate Capital Awards recognises those organisations and deals that stood out during 2020 – a year in which the covid-19 pandemic caused huge disruption to Europe’s real estate lending market. For 2020, we launched new awards for fundraising and small-ticket market lending, bringing the total to 33.
The annual Real Estate Capital Awards celebrate excellence in the European real estate finance market. This year, we launched specific awards for the UK, Germany, France and Southern Europe, bringing the total to 31.
